The ARS Entrepreneurship Empowerment Foundation was birthed out of a desire to preserve the entrepreneurial legacy of Ajibade Rereloluwa Sharon, a young visionary who embraced business at an early age. Rereloluwa’s journey as an entrepreneur was marked by her industrious spirit, creativity, and drive. She was involved in making and selling jewelry, shoes, and bags, and even ran an online store where she sold her products. Tragically, Rereloluwa passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 18, but her entrepreneurial spirit lives on through the ARS Foundation.

The foundation was established not only to honor her memory but also to provide other teenagers with the resources and mentorship they need to start and grow their businesses. Our vision is simple yet profound: to empower teenagers between the ages of 16 and 20, guiding them on their entrepreneurial journeys so they can, in turn, empower others. The ARS Foundation serves as a beacon of hope, encouraging young people to pursue their business dreams with purpose and integrity.
